According to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, the lowest job satisfaction agency in the Federal Government is the Department of Homeland Security with a 43.1% job satisfaction indicator.
That means that more than half of the DHS employees have scored lower than average as to wether their job satisfies them or not!
The highest job satisfaction is found at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration with a 76.1% indicator.
